Challenge :

The humongous clutter in the real estate industry for an identity and positioning to stand out, and be as different as the brand core. When it came to internal communication, a fool-proof communication was needed to convey not just the values, but also how they translated into situations.

Solution :

An in-depth exercise to find the core of the brand – visually and in words. And when it came to internal communication – we created the value book and the Team mirror book. Value book so that the team could literally have the value by heart. And the Handbook with illustrated situations for every value, and space for making notes on an everyday basis. We achieved the objective and how!
